Pre-Orders & High Demand Products

If a pre-order is subject to a significant delay beyond the originally communicated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to retain your order or request a cancellation and full refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. From time to time, Lumi may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or regions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Lumi is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Undelivered & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery (e.g. incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If a reshipment cannot be arranged within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued for the product cost only, excluding original shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lumirenewal.com so we can investigate the matter with the carrier. Claims will be assessed within 10 business days of being lodged. Where a parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and subject to carrier investigation outcomes. Lumi's liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except where the Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.
