Refund policy

At Lumi, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

- be unused and in original condition
- include original packaging and accessories
- not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without first contacting our team and receiving return instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or where otherwise required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including wearable recovery products and personal-use wellness devices. This does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, or fails to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

We also do not accept returns for:

- used products (unless faulty)
- damage caused after delivery
- gift cards
- clearance or final sale items
- customised or special-order products

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

- your item arrives damaged
- you receive the wrong item
- your item develops a fault

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or not of acceptable quality under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on whether the failure is major or minor, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time.
