Product Warranty
Duration
All Lumi products come with a comprehensive 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
What's Covered
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts at no additional cost to you. Coverage includes:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Faulty components under normal use
- Structural or functional failures not caused by external factors
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, please contact our customer support team at support@lumirenewal.com. To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs or videos clearly showing the problem
Our team will assess your claim and respond within 10 business days with next steps.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The 3-year warranty offered by Lumi is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
